When is the RSVP deadline?
We kindly ask all guests to save their seats by April 30, 2026.
Can I bring a plus one?
We kindly ask that you check your invitation to see if a plus one is included. As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate those listed on the invitation.
Are children invited?
We love your little ones, but to keep our celebration intimate, we kindly ask that only those named on the wedding invitation attend.
Do you have a wedding registry?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you would like to contribute to our future together, we would be grateful for cash gifts to help us build the next chapter of our lives.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?
Fairmont Pacific Rim is easily accessible by car and public transit. We recommend either carpooling or using a ride sharing service.

Fairmont Pacific Rim is offering discounted parking for our honoured guests.

Event
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Doors open at 3:30 PM, and the ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM.
Can I take photos with my phone during the ceremony?
Our ceremony will be unplugged. We kindly ask all guests to refrain from taking photos as we will have a dedicated photographer and content creator to help us capture and share the moment.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
We're doing a night market-style buffet with 10+ food stations. There will be signage at each station so please be mindful of your dietary restrictions as you go around each stall.
How close together are the ceremony and reception venus?
40 meters (or 43 yards for our American neighbours).
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The wedding and ceremony will be entirely indoors. Coat check will be available for guests.
For footwear, the flooring is mainly carpeted (medium pile) with the exception of the stairwell and hotel lobby which has white marble tiling.
